"Took forever to ship"
I ordered some coffee gear and it just sat there for days before it even shipped. The product was totally fine when it arrived but the wait was really annoying

"Support was helpful"
I had a question about my order and support got back to me quickly. They were nice and helped me sort it out, though I kind of wish the first reply explained that part a little more clearly. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Fair prices and a solid value"
I have ordered from Prima Coffee a couple of times now, and the prices have been fair compared to other places I looked at. Shipping was not too expensive either, which definitely helps. I got what I needed and did not feel like I overpaid. Overall, I am happy with the value and I would order from them again.

My grinder showed up safe and that’s what mattered most. The box had a little dent on it but everything inside was packed well and nothing was damaged. Not perfect but no real complaints

They’ve got a nice selection of coffee gear, honestly. Plenty to browse through, so it was easy to find something that fit what I was looking for.

I picked up some coffee gear from here and expected a bit more for the price. It works fine, but the quality feels cheaper than I was hoping, which seems avoidable. I had higher hopes going in, but I’d probably only buy again if it was on sale.
